1. GENERAL
★ I have the right to reject any order for any reason, I am not required to tell you the reason.
★ Submission of a form does not guarantee acceptance of commission.2. PAYMENT
★ Currency accepted is USD ONLY and can be paid through PayPal.
★ All commissions must be paid in full upfront. For big pieces ($200+) I may agree to split the payment.
★Do not send me payment before I have requested you to.3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
★ I will notify you when I am ready to start your commission, and request the payment to be sent.
★ I will send WIP sketches, you are free to request edits/revisions during this time.
★ Once you approve the final sketch, any additional edits will have a fee.
★ I will send you the full-resolution image once the piece is finished.
★ Note that there is no physical product. ★4. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
★ Once I have begun to work on the commission the buyer may only receive a half refund.
★ Once the final sketch is approved the buyer may not get a refund.
★ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
★ I, the artist, reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.
★ The buyer may use the commission for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted. (aka you can't make money off of it)
★ Artwork created by me may not be used as an NFT
★ If posting the comission online (or using it as a pfp, header, etc.) please credit me.These terms of service may be used as a reference or base for others writing their own.
